Just getting ready to celebrate and head out to a year end teacher's staff party. So starting with a nice home brew.
The worst thing about home brew is waiting for it to bottle condition!!
Amen CANMAN!!! That part seems to take forever. I've got about 85 bottles conditioning, and a couple 5 gallon batches fermenting. I've got to bottle less and keg more. By the way, nice collection of Mill St. bottles. I visit them for an evening every time I'm in Toronto.LBGE (2012), MiniMax (2014), and too many Eggcessories to list. - Sudbury, Ontario -

Black tea for some hydration. Gonna be a long day of drinking at the pool then watching USA beat Portugal. Gonna do another top round at the pool for sandwiches prior to the game. Keeping on the topic I just went through a bottle of knob creek single barrel 120 which was pretty good stuff.
