A couple of Tito's for me tonight. For you beer guys that were talking about aging beers, what types of beers are better the longer they sit in the fridge? I have a Total Wine store down the street and they have all sorts of good looking beer.Sarasota, FL via Boynton Beach, FL, via Sarasota, FL, via Charleston, SC, via The Outer Banks, via God's Country (East TN on Ft. I have a Total Wine store down the street and they have all sorts of good looking beer.Fruit/Veggie beers do not age well, best to drink fresh.Hoppy beers, such as IPAs, are also best to drink fresh.Higher alcohol content is better for age (above 7-8%)I think stouts, porters, barleywines are most ideal. Again, I am no expert. In my basement, in a cooler (to keep light out), I currently have Goose Island 2013 Bourbon County Barleywine, 2013 Bourbon County Stout, 2013 Troeggs Mad Elf, and some 2013 FiftyFifty Eclipse stouts.Large BGE, Mini BGEMorgantown, PA
