For the price point $110-130 depending on 14, 15 or 16 yo I would go elsewhere. I have had a few samplings of those and went in with the expectation of buying but not at those $$.
However, as is always the case with anything cooked, sampled or offered in the various threads, if you like it, have at it. FWIW-

I have been to a couple of the Houston ones but the one I like the best in the South listing is Valkyrie in Tulsa. Maybe b/c it's stumbling distance from my hotel but it is a great spot. Spent much time in that place over the years.

What's also nice is that a local place has bourbon by the shot. And some VERY hard to get bourbons. At MSRP.
