@ColbyLang! I'm curious- what do you think of the OKI Reserve? Haven't tried that since it is "under new management."ColbyLang said:

Reserve was good, not as good as original OKI labeled bottles. It’s a blend, and relatively fresh to opening. Hopefully it betters with time.jadams03 said:

Thanks- I was wondering since the original OKI was from the New Riff folks for their sourced bourbons and the label was retired once New Riff had their own bourbons. I had read that the OKI brand was purchased and resurrected with sourced bourbons (again) from MGP. I'll have to keep my eye out.ColbyLang said:

I am very confused by a man from Kentucky who lives in Kentucky drinking Kentucky bourbon from a glass with the Texas flag on it…JohnfromKentucky said:having these tonight

Standing by for the response-but two great pours right there.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

My normal glass is this but it was not clean at the time. The texas glass I picked up on our trip to Austin this past April.saluki2007 said:

I get confused why anyone anywhere would drink anything BUT Kentucky bourbon.

I would take that drink and round any day of the week.TechsasJim said:

@TechsasJim - I'm guessing that was the 9 hole number!!!

But you are drowning it in fine fashion. The BBC offerings are solid even at their marginally elevated price point.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Missing 5 putts due to recent aeration plus mental mistakes (90% of the game is half mental - right) is a mind boggler.Ah well, here’s to trying again tomorrow.Cheers!!LBGE, 28” BS, Weber Kettle, HCI 7.8 SE Texas
