My first post!!! I'm new with a XL egg, and starting to get into this grilling.
My first cook were ribs, done thin pork chops and 1-1/2 inch thick pork chops, reverse seared and they were.great!!!!
Tonight I did pork tenderloin with Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub, 275 at dome temp, indirect till IT was 140 then pull off and went direct at 450 a couple minutes each side. One I tenderloin I put on some BBQ sauce I made a few weeks back. Then a few shrimp with a different Dizzy Pig seasonings.
Wife did baked potatoes and baked asparagus. Great meal!!!!!!
Thanks to everyone on the forum with great information, looking forward to many more cooks and post here on the forum. Thanks
