Ribs n Wings
What a day Ribs for 2 hours at 275. Wrapped for 2 hours. Then open last hour. 5 hours total. Wings on for 2 hours at 275, then fried for 7 minutes. My buddy brought a load of sauces to toss our wings…5 · -

Buttermilk brined pork chops and broccoli stems. Some sweet sauce for the finish. Dessert was from M-I-L. Not too sweet, which was nice.7 · -
