What a day
Ribs for 2 hours at 275. Wrapped for 2 hours. Then open last hour. 5 hours total.

Wings on for 2 hours at 275, then fried for 7 minutes.
My buddy brought a load of sauces to toss our wings in. I loved the cilantro lime base tossed in Nashville hot sauce.
SWMBO cornbread was fire. Ate half the skillet myself.
