The sheer fact that you don’t believe Butt Blast VII will have to be renamed the First Annual Cali King Memorial Blast is ambitious.

Doing the best possible on the video stitching.  Hopefully no one falls asleep while viewing it!  Will hopefully upload tomorrow morning for a quick review of panelist before posting for the masses.

This is the scrapple I used:
    https://www.rapascrapple.com/

I see they do have a "Buy Online" option on their website:
    https://www.rapascrapple.com/collections/buy-online
But that only works November - February.

Another option, relocate to a more sane area of the country where scrapple is available in store year round. I know a realtor...

Waiting on a fresh batch of ingredients!
Gonna need the deets on that mobile bar station...

    edit to add —

    those bloodys were REALLY good.

    All the food and drink.

Brandi and Bug got a belly burnt end and we’re going to have to make them at the house, now! If anyone has the recipe?

But, first on the list, is rons bourbon slushees. We found the recipe for those, and will be serving them, bag and all, at Brandi’s mom’s surprise 60th birthday on the fourth.

All the specs are online.  Be sure to opt for the "unbreakable containers" if you plan to succeed.  Do not consult Robin.

Thinking it might take more than scrapple to get @DoubleEgger to move anywhere. He has a pretty sweet set up where he is now.

Officially, not yet.  But as I wrote upstream, we’ve been using the next to last weekend in April.

These are made out in the Denver area. The owner Is a super guy. They come in a couple of woods...and you can purchase as a kit (assemble / finish yourself) or fully assembled (finished or unfinished). This is the secound one I have had....sold the first and upgraded. They are very well made and durable.

I use mine as my tailgating kitchen. I actually hope to get by and see their store while visiting CO this summer.  mycampkitchen.com

That is a very cool chuck box.

Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

    Damien,

I basically riffed off this recipe:

      http://howtobbqright.com/2017/04/17/pork-belly-burnt-ends/

A couple of changes that are easy for folks in NC.  For the rub, I used Dizzy Pig Raging River Rub.

For the glaze, I mixed half a cup of Carolina Sweet BBQ sauce with half a cup of Bone Sucking Sauce.  Instead of Frank's hot sauce, I used Sriracha.  Other than that, just follow the recipe.  They're easy to do and only take a couple of hours to make.  Enjoy!
