    Just talked to Joellen at Dizzy Pig and they're donating 8 shakers of rub for the raffle.  Also talked to Chad & Tracy at Kick Ash Basket and they're donating a new Grate Lifter and Stone Lifter (they already sent a basket to someone for the raffle--but I forget who.)  I'm pulling the DP shakers and lifters from my store and will bring them along!

    @thetrim Looks like pork belly.  Is it cured for bacon? Or fresh?   I am sure we can figure out something to do with it.

    Yeah pork belly uncured.  Figured that would be fun tomorrow night, and I didn’t hear anyone mention that before.  They didn’t have any cap of ribeye.

     Rigged up the pig winch, she’s ready to roll:

    irst of what I assume will be many casualties of the weekend. We pulled out of one the 5 gas stations for the trip and bottomed out the tongue jack, breaking the weld. Fark me. Oh well, went to Lowe’s and bought some makeshift cribbing to make it safe.

    @YukonRon

    We are in Cabin 1 if you want to roll on by with some slushee mix. B)

    5,000 unloaded. I’m guessing a little over 6 with all of the extra firewood and supplies.

    How is it? I’ve only ever had the 23 (scored a bottle back in 2014 and shut out ever since) and felt it was amazing. Sadly it’s gone.
