I do not know the answer - but I do know I am a moderator on another forum and trust me if some one called me a "**** ****" like he did in the post that got him banned very quickly that night I would have banned him as well. His thread was not started in humor and maybe the moderator in charge right then over reacted, but what he said was out of bounds IMO.
