Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

Just talked to Joellen at Dizzy Pig and they're donating 8 shakers of rub for the raffle. Also talked to Chad & Tracy at Kick Ash Basket and they're donating a new Grate Lifter and Stone Lifter (they already sent a basket to someone for the raffle--but I forget who.) I'm pulling the DP shakers and lifters from my store and will bring them along!

@thetrim Looks like pork belly. Is it cured for bacon? Or fresh? I am sure we can figure out something to do with it.--------------------------------------------------

Yeah pork belly uncured. Figured that would be fun tomorrow night, and I didn’t hear anyone mention that before. They didn’t have any cap of ribeye.=======================================

Rigged up the pig winch, she’s ready to roll:
First of what I assume will be many casualties of the weekend. We pulled out of one the 5 gas stations for the trip and bottomed out the tongue jack, breaking the weld. Fark me. Oh well, went to Lowe’s and bought some makeshift cribbing to make it safe.
@YukonRon
We are in Cabin 1 if you want to roll on by with some slushee mix.

This was waiting for me when I got home today:
I hope everyone that chimed in offering to season it for me was serious, it's in there:
@caliking - With this addition, no room for the fryer, but I do have two woks and a decent size fry pot with basket:
Pretty much all packed up, aside from needing to fill the coolers in the morning:
I slapped a bunch of decals on them so I'd know which ones are mine.
Also thought maybe I should bring some reading material, we could take turns reading aloud while we're tending @CTMike's Mortimer.
