Dear brethren (and Egg sisters too): many of you were able to meet Delton, the guy I was humorously calling my bodyguard at the NCBB.  After hearing his story a couple of you asked about ways to help him.  Please read his story and consider a small contribution. This is also the guy some may recall from the XXXL clothes drive I did.   Thank y’all!  www.gofundme.com/DeltonB

p.s. @YukonRon this is the guy who enjoyed your bourbon slushies so much he fell down!

Richmond and Mathews County, VA. Large BGE, Weber gas, little Weber charcoal. Vintage ManGrates. Little reddish portable kamado that shall remain nameless here.  Very Extremely Stable Genius.

I for one hope that Delton becomes a regular at future Butt Blasts!

I'm in.  Gofundme paid. I challenge everyone in the forum to pony up something even if it's a Tubman. We are all looking for ways to help others in need and this is a great way to help a man get back on his feet. Many of us have had to start over after a bad marriage and we all know how hard that can be. If a few hundred can be raised on here to replace a cooler then imagine what we can collectively do to really give someone a fresh start in life. As the Nature Boy proclaims, "I've spent more money on spilled liquor..."

He didn't fall on Ron's toe did he? I shot the bull with him for a few. Very nice guy.

Delton is a good guy!  Can't remember if it was me and @DMW or me and @NCSmoky who helped him to his feet after enjoying @YukonRon's bourbon slushies, because of @YukonRon's bourbon slushies.  Worthy guy.

Done. Bump. I've never met Jethro or Delton, but helping an egghead help someone get on his feet is a worthy cause.
