Thanks everyone I do appreciate the warm welcome. The WNC is for Western North Carolina for those curious. So far I've done ribs, wings, steaks, and shrimp on my new egg. Going to try some game hens on it this weekend and I'm sure something else just haven't nailed that down quite yet. I'm sure I'll think of something.
