for some reason i always go back to these when im sick of the ribeye, and strip steaks, just has that meaty flavor i like.

    Holy Cow or maybe that's Wholly Cow! With all those taters, I see you were forced to plate the smaller one..... :))

    One of our favourite cuts made as kabobs.

    must have been a smaller cow, usually i dont have room for taters
