Pretty much guaranteed no parking lot rash/door dings.LetsEat said:

So yesterday morning I'm mowing the yard, move from the back to the front and the normally empty street has many vehicles parked on both sides. In front of my place is a Bentley and scattered about are Lexus, Range Rover, BMW, etc. These are not the kind of vehicles people in this neighborhood own. Turns out the Baptist church located down the alley had way overflowed their parking for the funeral of an apparently well-heeled member. I put off mowing between the curb and sidewalk until the Bentley mourner had left.

Nice sighting. Burnt orange and tan would not be my choice of colour combo.dbCooper said:So yesterday morning I'm mowing the yard, move from the back to the front and the normally empty street has many vehicles parked on both sides. I had the same thought about the color. It actually looks better in the pics than in person.LBGE, LBGE-PTR, 22" Weber, Coleman 413GGreat Plains, USA

I’ve seen a rusted out of dessert ppf wrap on a brand new cooper a few years ago…..WHYWeberWho said:I can see where he was going with it but I'm not sure it works with this generation of Challenger.

Because it frees you from stress about dings in the parking lot. 😂😂fishlessman said:

And to think this all happens in one chap's back garden - but not all of it, because one of his tenants is Rolls Royce Motor Cars.Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay -

@CPFC1905 Thanks for posting. Some amazing cars and power plants although lap times would have been nice to see.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint.

Timed runs shootout on Sunday, with 'qualifying' on Saturday - both around 1600(ish) local time. Hot weather forecast so should be quick. EV have changed the game in the last few years.lousubcap said:@CPFC1905 Thanks for posting. Some amazing cars and power plants although lap times would have been nice to see.

I couldn’t get a real good picture but this is a green Fisker EV. It was heading in the direction of the Tesla Supercharger.

I should have snapped a pic, but our electrician has a fun-looking F-150 Platinum Roush that he has modified. Uses it as his workhorse. I’m not a truck guy, but it’s a neat vehicle that catches eyes every time he’s over. One of my neighbours texted to ask if this was my mid-life crisis.

No it’s the midlife crisis that you are paying for though.GrateEggspectations said:I should have snapped a pic, but our electrician has a fun-looking F-150 Platinum Roush that he has modified. How so? I don't know much about cars but I just did some googling and I don't see much difference in performance between the two. Are you talking about the appearance?fishlessman said:

corvettes are a dime a dozen around me. largest corvette dealer in the world is a short drive from here. if you want a corvette, save some money and have it shipped from nh. appearance, rarity, and its a dodge
in a crash, do you really want the engine mounted behind you in the back seat.....well it helps stick the car to the ground, maybe as well as the aerodynamic downforce of the viper design fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
Thanks.
