Trust me I am fully aware of that.  I am around 130 miles north of that plant and 16 miles east of I-65, the feeder north and the I-65/64 junction to the east and west (I could toss in I-71 north but you get the picture...).   The back story I am curious about is why this landing zone.  Gotta be family connections.
    Happy Saturday!
Edit: I am also aware that the plant in Bowling Green is the only Corvette manufacturing facility.
    That's all I've got.

could be headed my way, just 17 hours away in nh has the biggest dealer sales of corvettes in the states. they buy in bulk and its not uncommon for a new corvette sale in new hampshire getting bought by a guy and shipped to california

MacMulkin Chevrolet. number one corvette dealer worldwide. msrp or under, no markups, no dealer fees

Brother in law just traded his in for a dual sport Ducati. Said hard to justify the power of that bike in a metro city setting. Got the M2 to scratch the need for speed

Love the Ducati's style. Young man here missed a hairpin turn with that model and ended up 100' in the marsh. He drug it out with a winch, never saw him at a ride meetup again.

Apparently the ‘26 “Mustang” Mach-E has a subscription service that you must order from the factory: you must order, and then pay for, a subscription to access the “frunk”, or front trunk.  If you don’t, you will be denied access to that storage area.
I’d been wondering what kind of vehicle would be my “last” one, probably some kind of mid-size EV SUV.  But now I’m hoping to die before my Taco and Audi need to be replaced.  F*ckers.

I’m sure you saw the BMW heated seat fiasco a few years back. Much customer backlash and they eventually suspended it.

This could be another thread,  but what is apex motoring - to you?

Picking from what you could but today, new or used - but not modified.
    - about 100hp through the front wheels in a 900kg hatchback?
    - 250 hp through the back wheels from a straight six?
    - 400 hp through all four wheels
    - 700 lb/ft of torque from a Cummins?
    - 1000 hp in a 3 ton box of Elon?

    Or
    - anything with 7 setters and easy to wipe clean because you have kids/grand kids, dogs etc
    - strictly two wheel only

Other girls may try to take me away
But you know, it's by your side I will stay

I’ll take the 400hp all wheel drive.

  • Came across a photo from a trip to Florida in 2022. Not sure I ever posted it, so apologies if it’s a duplicate.

I think it depends on where you live. We had a 385hp awd bmw here in Ohio and it was kinda boring on farm roads. I will likely never own another sports car that has two pedals. Also boring

The three pedal cars are a rapidly dying breed.  On the plus side, if you own one you can park it unlocked with the key in it and today's thieves can't steal it.  They can't drive it! =)
    Happy Friday!
The other advantage of three pedal cars is that they make for much cheaper rental options in Europe. Our recent inquiries found that manuals were almost half the price of automatics.

Recently drove a Gen Z staff member in my wife’s manual and they were entirely perplexed!
