Had mulch delivered. Just about at that point in life where I’ll pay to have it spread. Maybe next year. Lol

Hmmm.  I would put ALL of them in the frig, save the tomatoes.  (if those white globes are onions, I'd take them out too; if they're turnips, I would move them to the trash)

The season’s been going for ten months, son fixed timeframe with fixed components, but all of a sudden there’s a huge rush to get everything finished by the deadline. And in other classic project management regards; some activity has been entirely redundant, engagement with users has been patchy ,and obviously costs have spiralled. The once iconic FA Cup Final has been jammed in amongst AOB equivalent matches, safe to say 80%  of players are more concerned with securing villas in Dubai and planning time with the boys in Vegas, at this point of the season.

    Friday

Villa v Spurs, one of few teams with anything to play for, the Villans could finish 2nd, could miss out on Europe altogether - neither of those will happen, it’s about where within that range they fall.  Spurs have their sole purpose of a minor Euro cup final next week, so will barely register a presence for this one.  3-0

Chelsea v Man Utd,  almost replace of the above,  Utd face Spurs in the cup final mentioned above and Chelsea are hunting a top 4 finish.  2-0

    Saturday

Fa Cup Final : Palace v Man City, well here’s a thing. Third visit to the final ever, for the mighty Eagles - while Citeh average two per season for about the last ten years. Citeh could finish the season 2nd and FA Cup winners - or solely hanging by a flimsy thread to lower tier Euro qualification.  Palace could finally break free of the bridesmaid mantle and win their first ever significant silverware.  Both have been hit and miss all season but there’s a reason Citeh have 16 more points than the mighty Eagles, 1-2.

    Sunday

Everton v Southampton, the Toffees bid farewell to Goodison Park, their very Anfield adjacent home since forever. Expect much teary eyed nonsense. Game will be rubbish. 1-0

West Ham v Forest, Hammers have no appetite or interest in this and several players will have to be dragged away from meetings with their agents to even turn up. Forest need points nail down Euro qualification. 0-2

Brentford v Fulham, 8th host 11th and for little purpose. At least the journey is single digital miles between them, so little carbon footprint. 1-1

Leicester v Ipswich, Another teary eyed farewell as the screaming skull Jamie Vardy bids farewell to the Foxes loyal. A terrible season all around for them, while the Tractor Boys fared little better but have done so with more dignity. Crossroads for Leicester, hopefully part of the cycle of life for Ipswich which could see them fight for promotion back, next season.

Arsenal v Newcastle, the Gunners’ flatline has seeped in to every pore and 2nd could slip from their grasp. Away win sees Toon grab runners-up spot, even if only for one week it’ll be a mighty blow to the already fragile spirit for all at Arsenal. 2-2

    Monday

Brighton v Liverpool, very much after the party for the Reds and so the filthy fetid wretched Seagulls will aim to seize the initiative. They spent the most money last Summer on new players and could yet end on over 60 points,  but the money was big and that can’t go on forever. 2-1

    Tuesday

Palace v Wolves, could be the party of the ages, could be a difficult rear-guard effort to secure our higher points told ever. Wolves’ recent surge of form has stalled but they will see the potential for a statement away win here. 1-1 because I just don’t know.

Man City v Bournemouth, very similar to the above. Except the party won’t be that big as winning stuff is just business as usual for Citeh.  And where’s the joy in that?  2-1

Less than a week until England’s first cricket test match of the season, so there’s always that.

As usual, this is largely spot on.  With that said, I think Liverpool might be ruthless enough to see off the Seagulls just for fun.

Lite beer has a place for me. I love throwing down ice cold beers when doing yard work on the weekends. I can’t drink good beer all day! lol….maybe it’s a midwestern thing. You can’t drink all day if you don’t start in the morning.

At that price point you can let it burn until it rounds into "good smoke" if time is not a concern.

We had severe weather last night. More predicted tonight.  I spent the day cutting trees and branches and hauling  to the processor.  I'm hoping tonight and is much quieter.
