Stepdaughter and her friend/roommate are visiting and assisting with an estate sale.  They wanted some BB's.  Not in our rotation so did best I could.  Rack at 12 and 3 o'clock got Dizzy Dust, rack ar 6 and 9 got Spicy Pineapple Head.
After about 5½ hours at 250ish, done but sauce was in the request.  I used about 75% Baby Ray's with 25% Blues Hog Comp.  This is pre-saucing.  They went for about 25 more minutes at 300ish.
Sliced and ready to serve with Chinese broccoli and mixed salads (not shown).
Only four bones survived, guests appeared satisfied.
