As mentioned a couple of days ago-it was a game time decision. Winner -a small 4lb brisket from OakBarn beef.
And done on a drum smoker-deductions expected.

Delivered to a small neighbourhood (nod) gathering for sliders. Won the evening.
Great game in the second half. Lost on this same matchup in 2020. Bet the reverse this time. Sweet outcome.

Unfortunately I have not retired. This is this first day I have had off since October. I’m currently working on Hess Black Pearl project. Sadly retirement is still a couple of years away for me my friend. -
