I just can't stand the smell of cabbage cooked for the traditional side dish with corned beef brisket which we LOVE!..2 years ago I ran across a cheesey hash brown recipe that we LOVE and IT goes quite perfect with corned beef brisket! And the cool thing is that there are no leftovers since they freeze SO WELL and can even be used as a side with other meats!

    It is still in printed form in a recipe book so I will have to type it up for you this weekend …but trust me I WILL!
    You could snap a photo and just post it.

    Interesting note on cheesey hash browns.  Cracker barrel charges you an extra $1.50 of you order regular hash browns.  There hash brown casserole (cheesey hash browns) are cheaper.

    Agree 100%. It smells like a cross between a garbage dumpster on a hot summer day and rotten feet. It truly baffles me to no end that people actually eat it.
