Finished my second briskett. Got 5 Hams on, one of 6 turkeys on, and about 50 sausage inks. Also made 10 lbs of curry goat.

I had curry goat once in an Indian restaurant, but it was mostly bone and gristle. It tasted good, but are there meaty parts of a goat?

If you're buying from a butcher to cook at home, the meaty parts (as with other meats) are the shoulder, neck, and leg. Two inch pieces work well for curry. Don't let them cut the long bones longitudinally... transverse section only (so you can suck the marrow out, when eating. I would cook it bone-in.
