    Speaking of butts, take your pork butt.  There are some here that are decidedly “bone-in” people and there are those that aren’t interested in that.  There are others that are more flexible in their likes and will dig into whatever is put in front of them.  Nothing wrong with any of it, there are no wrong choices in bbq unless you’re drinking white wine (that stuff sucks balls).  Everyone is welcome in the big BBQ tent.

    BBQ is dead sexy no matter how you enjoy it or what your favorite parts are, you just can’t argue with that.
