Seasonings for vegetables

if looking for a basic seasoning its hard to beat herbs de province, penzeys makes a good blend. kens italian dressing/marinade is good. some things seasoned with prosciutto are good theres to many options, most of the year i just chop fresh herbs, chive, rosemary, thyme, basil, mint or just make something simple like garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper. a drizzle of good soy sauce works well on somethings, balsamic glaze etc, you have to pick a flavor profile to go in

I'm a big fan on Everglades seasoning on veggies

if you have a sousvide, hard to beat serious eatsglazed carrot recipe finished up on the blackstone

Season with chopped peppers, onions, shallots other fresh herbs, mushrooms..nuts..

Low-sodium 

dont count out vinegars, a spritz of a good oak barrel aged sherry vinegar takes some veggies over the top, get some variety

1 pineapple, 2 red and 1green bell pepper chopped, 1red onion diced tossed in two tbsp chili infused olive oil. Pan it up sprinkle with  brown sugar indirect at 400° for 2 hours drizzle with some balsamic vinegar. Great side
