Seasonings for vegetables

I am starting to cook vegetables on the XL and on the Blackstone. I need some ideas on seasonings to use. and suggestions for recipes.

if looking for a basic seasoning its hard to beat herbs de province, penzeys makes a good blend. kens italian dressing/marinade is good. some things seasoned with prosciutto are good
theres to many options, most of the year i just chop fresh herbs, chive, rosemary, thyme, basil, mint or just make something simple like garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper. a drizzle of good soy sauce works well on somethings, balsamic glaze etc, you have to pick a flavor profile to go in

I haven't cooked a vegetable inside in over a year. All of mine are grilled or roasted on the egg, it seems.
I must be boring because I tend to do some mixture of carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, asparagus, potatoes and squash with EVOO, Salt and Pepper. If I am really feeling crazy, I might hit them with some lemon pepper, dill, or some other seasoning that I find in my cupboard.

1 pineapple, 2 red and 1green bell pepper chopped, 1red onion diced tossed in two tbsp chili infused olive oil. Pan it up sprinkle with brown sugar indirect at 400° for 2 hours drizzle with some balsamic vinegar. Great sideFort Wayne Indiana
