@GrateEggspectations - that is an impressive glaze on those ribs especially after the skillful removal of the membrane. Great eats await but what is the menu for Monday, Canadian Thanksgiving??
BTW- killer pie right there as well although I was vision challenged to look past the ribs.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period. CHEETO (aka Agent Orange) makes Nixon look like a saint. -
Had leftover pork tenderloin from two nights ago and leftover white rice from last night. You know what’s happening—pork fried rice. Added a fried egg for a little Vietnamese flare.

Also did some taters on the Blackstone and chicken parts on the Large with wonderbird seasoning.

Still learning this cooking over a fire thing but steaks and corn were good. About to throw some ABTs on once the kids are in bed. Kids killed their dinner. The sear plate option is pretty nice was running 650 when i put them on.

Will definitely be making again. A winner, in my books. Didn’t have any orzo on hand, so instead made a lime, pea and mint risotto in the IP. I wasn’t able to grab any plated pics - too awkward snapping pics of your meal in the presence of guests.JohnInCarolina said:

Wifey made stecca. It’s a fool proof recipe that has consistently knocked our guests out over the years. To be served with a cheese board, charcuteries and some fresh fruit.
