One of my favorite Reddit rabbit holes.

I once read a post by a guy who sunk a beloved thread on a BBQ forum and asked AITA?

What grade of ribeye?  Is 50cents per slice significant relative to the price of the ribeye?

Is he talking about slicing a whole ribeye roast into steaks? Or cooked boneless ribeye into lunch meat slices?

    Lots of questions.

We're not talking 1/4" steaks, are we?

3-4 ribeyes/week? might have discovered the cause of the financial strain.

But holy hell- that post makes me seem mostly normal :)

If you like 1/2" ribeyes, does the slicer pay for itself sooner?

This dude has access to some of the best “sea food” you can get and he is worried about ribeyes...🤔
