Simple pork loin cured 8 days, coated one with maple peppercorn rub. Smoked at 210'ish with apricot and cherry chunks for 6.5 hr till IT 145. Smells great. Will slice most for vac packing.

To busy shoveling out red hot coals and removing the innards in order to lift it up. All the parts are in the garage. I picked up a couple of small burns in the process. I evacuated so it will be this weekend before I can start seeing if Humpty can be put back together.TideEggHead said:
