    Alright, so I now have enough of the donors who have agreed to chip in an extra $10 each for a special challenge worth $100.

    @HeavyG - this one's for you.  If you post a cook using the BGE with yourself in it, $100 will be donated to Operation BBQ Relief in your name!  

    If anyone else wants to join in, just say so and quote this post.  Maybe we can all put a little friendly pressure on @HeavyG to finally post a cook here on the forum  B)

    Sorry... my food pix restraining order doesn't expire for a couple more years.

    I made another preparation that was an homage to the famous Japanes Katsu Sando from Don Wagyu in  New York.  It had YumYum sauce and quartered bread with no crust.  I was not happy with the plated presentation and was too embarrassee to post a picture.  The flavor was on point though.
