Labor Day Competition For A Newbie

After lurking here for a number of years I finally managed to up my game. Using a Rockin W gravity fed, XL Big Green egg, XL Primo and a Traeger pellet grill my team wound up with 2 firsts and a third. Thanks folks for teaching me on the ins and outs of the game.

The only thing I had to learn was how to dial in a good smoke profile. Just a little experimenting mixing smoking wood with the lump and magic occurred.Southeast Louisiana
