Swiss Steak

Options
Pretty easy, tenderized round steak browned in the pan with a little oil and flour dredge.  Then comes the stewed tomatoes, onion, carrots, celery, Worcestershire and garlic.  Cook about 2 hours at 400 checking to see if more liquid is needed.   We like ours on-top of mashed potatoes.  Enjoy the rest of the weekend!!
