Hi, just a short introduction.

I have been using Big Green Eggs for about a year now, but have only just joined the forum. I have Large and a Mini Max. They get used at least once a week, often more, all year round. I’m retired so have plenty of time ( especially during lock down) to egg and generally cook. 

I have made some great pizzas, which I know I wouldn’t have been able to do without the information I gathered from this site, so thank you for that. I’m looking forward to some great cooks in the future and gaining more BGE knowledge from this site (and contributing if I can)
