Started with a couple from a brewery that’s right down the road. More known for their barrel aged stouts but their IPAs are pretty good also.

@pgprescott Caol Ila cask strength if you can get it. I like a dash of lightly sparkling water in an Islay malt, so cask strength works best. Caol Ila is my favourite, but Ardbeg and Lagavulin both outstanding as well. Can you get the Laphroig quarter cask in the US? That's nice too.pgprescott said:Any other Islay you'd recommend.
