I've never been to one of these things. Is it open to the public or do you need to buy tickets or what? I'm not far away and would love to check it out!

I have a few extra tickets send me a pm.South of Columbus, Ohio.

The tickets tend to be extremely expensive and hard to come by.wardo said:I've never been to one of these things. Is it open to the public or do you need to buy tickets or what? I'm not far away and would love to check it out!"I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

Sorry - it was a joke. We’ve had tickets to this in the past, but they’ve always been free. We’ve only used them to give us a good estimate on attendance and whatnot.wardo said:

Like I said in the OP, this is just a save the date post. We’ll have a longer one up later with all of the gory details."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

No need to apologize, and it really wasn't a stupid question at all. If you want some idea of what this has looked like in the past, check out last year's thread:wardo said:Ok. I'm sorry for the stupid question.

Will there be any KJs there? I’m thinking about doing a live periscope thing.THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER

The company that decides it's a good idea to sponsor a fest called "Butt Blast" is probably going to sell personal lubes and products with names like "Swell Guy".

Funny guy. So glad you're coming.Legume said:Will there be any KJs there? I’m thinking about doing a live periscope thing.
As it turns out we do not discriminate when it comes to the use of cooking devices at this. It's not a BGE-sanctioned fest so there aren't any restrictions like that. We generally have people cooking on BGEs, Blackstones, all kinds of smokers. There have probably been a few KJs over the years too."I've made a note never to piss you two off." - Stike

@johnnyp Trimborn texted me this week and told me we’d set a date. Looks like this year it sits between my wife’s birthday and daughter’s birthday weekends so a much better chance of my attendance!northGAcock said:

We spent a couple of days in NC after BB19, the highlights of which were a pleasant stay in a cabin in Uwharrie National Forest, sort of saving a diabetic's life in a family restaurant near Seagrove ( I don't think I shared the details earlier), and a visit to a children's park with a miniature railroad, where caliprince had an awesome time.Cornholio said:

Anyways, I was wearing my BB19 tshirt at the park, and an elderly gentleman came up and asked me if my tshirt meant what he thought it meant. I grinned and asked him that it depended on what he thought it meant.
He mumbled and sort of slunk away. I didn't even get to the parts about the petting zoo, Kentucky fans, etc. ...#1 LBGE December 2012 • #2 SBGE February 2013 • #3 Mini May 2013A happy BGE family in Houston, TX. -

I was on my way out, dumping a few 100 lb overfilled bags of trash from the gate of my truck into the dumpsters...when a certain butt doctor (not the Boston kind) yelled:
"HEY, GO BACK TO YOUR OWN COUNTRY!"
One of the funniest things yelled at me, ever!______________________________________________I love lamp.. -
Yeah, right.....Ashish and Carey....sure. I have never seen you and finished bourbon in the same area code. You have always kept my glass full.theyolksonyou said:
