edited December 2019 in EggHead Forum
As the year of 2019 winds down with mere hours left, I thought it would be cool to make a thread for us to post pics of our favorite cooks of the year.  An Egghead BBQ recap, if you will.  While the dry aged A5 packer brisket I cooked this fall was more than awesome, I picked some other outliers for my recap.

1. Char siu Wagyu beef ribs; forbidden rice
2. Red coconut curry Wagyu flanken beef ribs
3. Honey miso garlic lamb ribs
4. Smoked apricot sourdough bread pudding with honey vanilla gelato
5. Adobo & fermented black garlic Wagyu beef cheeks
6. Char siu duck bacon smashburger; char siu marinated ground duck; homemade char siu duck bacon; grilled pineapple; Dizzy Dust aioli
7. Butter masala beer can chicken; confit brussel spouts and roma tomatoes; coconut rice
8. Buttermilk 'fried' chicken and red grit, cheddar and duck bacon waffles
9. Lamb shoulder mole poblano tacos on homemade plantain tortillas
It's "Smokin Gal", not "Smoking Al".
Egging in the Atlanta GA region

Too bad a year only has twelve months in it; there's a fantastic calendar to be made from this thread!   :)

Heck of a 2nd post @eggfriday!  Welcome and nice ones.
Thanks! I was shocked at how quickly I was able to turn out some cooks that I would have never been able to pull off before the egg thanks to all the resources online. The Flameboss definitely helps with the long cooks.

I agree that theres a ton of support out there for BGE cooking.  It's really humbling to have so much help.
