Chef Norah Grace and I would like to host a giveaway!!! It’s the weekend and most of everybody cooks something fun or so i here (I know it’s heat being a turd).
We do not care what you cook or post, it just needs to be from the weekend. We would like to see 2 photos, one of the cook in process and one of the plate.
The photo with the most likes wins!!! It’s nothing fancy, just some rubs and an Inkbird thermometer.

Red pepper pasta tossed with garlic and red pepper. Strip steak sous vide with dizzy pig raising the steaks.

Just a Fajita. Sous vide the chicken, seasoned with PB's homemade seasoning, then on the mini for a little char.
Peppers and onions on the Blackstone.
Plated with all the fixins.

Egg fettuccine from scratch, dry aged bone-in ribeye (just this one steak, 5 days in the fridge).Finished with garlic parmesan compound butter and garlic poached in EVOO. Started a brisket last night rubbed in Black Ops. Threw on some local sausage near the end because who doesn't like brisket juice dripped on sausage? My brisket game is improving.....finally
