I've got a pork loin thawing out for the weekend. Looking to try something new as opposed to my basic rub and smoke recipe. So what's your go to "WOW" pork loin recipe?

pop. Brine really shines in pork loin. Imo. Enjoy -

Give the search function here a look. Many recipes. To stuff you need to slice it no more than an inch thick until it lays flat (circular cut starting on the outside). Once stuffed, then jelly-roll it, tie and cook until around 138 *F.FWIW-Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win. Life is too short for light/lite beer! Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

You might try injecting it with your marinade of choice, has worked well for me with Spiedie sauce and rosemary balsamic marinades.BGE XL, KJ Classic, Weber Performer Copper, 36" Blackstone Pro Series, Weber Genesis Copper, Traeger Pro 22

i like a sausage and bread stuffing, this i think was chourico and bread with sauted celery, onions, and chicken stock. the stuffing and added gravy keeps things moist.

Never had much luck with pork loin.The problem with a problem is that you don't know it's a problem until it's a problem, and that is a big problem.
