Thanks to @Mickey for the teriyaki marinade recommendation. Didn't have wings but marinated a 1.4 lb pork tenderloin for 2 hours. This did not suck...
In the marinade:

On the egg at 400 raised direct:

Flipped a handful of times:

Pulled when the thickest part registered 140 and rested for 3 minutes:

Sliced...the smell is heavenly!

Plated with white rice and a side salad:

Obligatory fork shot...thanks for lookin!

Next on my list. ThanksSalado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

I've used their original teriyaki marinade before and liked it. After having this one though I think I've found a keeper. The flavor of this marinade was miles better than their original IMHO.Mickey said:Next on my list. ThanksLarge - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

Looks great. I'm about due for a tenderloin. Where did you pick up the marinade?Large (sometimes wish it were an XL) in KS

Thanks! I picked it up at a small local grocery store called Wilkes Meat Market. My guess is you can find it at any major grocery store though. I'm a huge teriyaki fan and I have to say this is the best store bought marinade I've had.itsmce said:Looks great. I'm about due for a tenderloin. Pork tenderloin is one of the more under appreciated cuts of meat out there. It is one of my favorites, and I totally believe, the reason for teriyaki to be invinted, was for this specifically. Great cook, beautiful presentation."Knowledge is Good" - Emil Faber
