I've got a pork loin thawing out for the weekend. Looking to try something new as opposed to my basic rub and smoke recipe. So what's your go to "WOW" pork loin recipe?
Give the search function here a look. Many recipes. To stuff you need to slice it no more than an inch thick until it lays flat (circular cut starting on the outside). Once stuffed, then jelly-roll it, tie and cook until around 138 *F.

Brine, stuff and bacon weave for some pop. Brine really shines in pork loin. Imo. Enjoy
can you share your brine recipe? i have never brined anything but i too would like to find a way to cook a pork loin that would not be dry. mine always taste great but seems too dry for my liking. any help is appreciated.

i like a sausage and bread stuffing, this i think was chourico and bread with sauted celery, onions, and chicken stock. the stuffing and added gravy keeps things moist.
