@DuckDogDr the aggression could be anything, if you bump stuff, pound on your hive tool when separating boxes etc. you are priming the pump.

Robbing, overcast days, really hot days, pests (skunks) can get them edgy.

Create a routine with your smoker so they know your coming and handle everything like you would if found a box of dynamite in grandpas tool shed.

I don’t scrape burr comb either, I am sure they put it there for a reason

The plan is to smoke all day tomorrow.  First up is fire roasted salsa 20 tomatoes, onion, finally my own peppers .

While we blend all that together the pork belly burnt ends will go on.

I figure as long as I have the MM hot I might as well smoke a turkey breast with green beans and squash.  I'm excited.

Be careful when following the masses. Sometimes the M is silent.

@DoubleEgger Never let it be said that you don't "Got $h!t".  This the downside of the fancy washer buy?  =)  Nice selection.  Sometimes I find the options too much like work to sort out.  I am working on "simplifying my life" and when I get to rubs and seasoning I figure I am there. B)
Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. # 38 for the win.  Life is too short for light/lite beer!  Seems I'm livin in a transitional period.

Crap. Learned Wed that the son of one of my coworkers was killed in a motorcycle accident.
Then confirmed, tonight, that he ran a stop sign, ran from the cops, and hit a car in an intersection so fast (>100 mph) all three in the car were hurt. Conflicted emotions... :s

Ice maker quit working.  Broke out the little unit and trying to fix (forced defrost, DeOx it, etc.)  New unit is 100 bucks, that's plan B.

@DuckDogDr Totally agree here. Most days the girls are quiet and don't mind me in the hive, but when they are noisy from the get go close the lid and try another day. Now that I read this it applies to other situations too.....

Took my kid to the st louis arch today, his second trip. We went to IKEA first, and he wanted to know where he could see ikea from the arch.

Purchase a Yeti cooler. You have a bag of ice for like a year.

     :o IKEA is my nemesis.
I find the construction aspect quite therapeutic, but visiting the store is a living hell.
Am I correct in thinking your lad wanted to just make sure he could see it, to confirm he wasn't in it?
Other girls may try to take me away

Got a peach butt on for later tonight. The smoke aroma is devine.
People in the neighborhood are asking "What is for dinner?"
"The best smoked pork butt in the Highlands" is my my response.
    It will be, too.

You gotta be more specific. I think there are 4 or 5 different ones.
