Picked up a couple of thick poke chops from Kroger. They are on the grill with the John Henry Summer Peach and Pecan rub. Also getting primed for the USMNT game against Mexico.

Poke is off. They are delicious. @Dobie , I really like it. It is certainly one of my favorites, but I am cheap, my normal bottle is in the $30-$40 range.

Don't you have a barn or shop?  Hang some storage from the ceiling.

Sort of, it's a pole barn house so the main trusses are on 8' centers with joists in between. I guess I could add some decking but dont want too much weight up there

@Sea2Ski It's great.  I've only used it on pork loin and tenderloins, as well as Magnum loads.  It's supposed to be extra good on butts and ribs.  I also think it would be really good on @RRP 50 hour GA Red Wings.  It really tastes like pepper with Lawry's with some other things thrown in.

@Sea2Ski I am really excited to try the MeatChelada and would welcome a review from anyone on here.  I have been hemming and hawing on doing some shrimp brochette and would think it would be good on that.  And also on wings too.

    Product Description

Hardcore Carnivore Meatchelada is our first collaboration rub, and it doesn't get more iconically Texan than Lone Star Beer!

Inspired by Texas beer salt, this chili lime seasoning gives your meat a zesty kick. It is great for chicken, but it's flavor profile works with all proteins. Most importantly, Meatchelada will enhance your food without overpowering it.

Meatchelada is incredible with wings, fajitas and grilled meats, but is SO tasty on so many things. We've put it on raw oysters, boiled peanuts, fries, edamame, even green melon. And don't forget, Meatchelada is the ultimate way to dress your Lone beer - a little on the rim of the glass or the neck of the bottle and you're good to go.

To use: Apply to meat before cooking. Alternatively, for maximum flavor effect, use as a finishing seasoning by coating your cooked meats in Meatchelada.
