4th of July cooks

What is everyone making for the the 4th? I'm having a difficult time deciding what to make not going to be doing much probably just myself and the wife and I have obligations on Friday unfortunately that will keep me from celebrating as much as I would like to.

Ribs and beer can burgers are on my list so far. Will probably throw a pork butt on at some point too.

Pork butt for the local fire house (on the pit barrel to show it some run time and since it's "fire and forget" I can focus on the next piece) and SRF brisket for me using the off-set and store bought post-oak sticks. Start time for this is 0'Dark Thirty. Watch out Aaron FranklinFor the BGE- a few ABT's and some bacon wrapped horseradish and jalapeno stuffed shrimp.Not sure when launch time for LEO will occur but it definitely will happen.Louisville; Rolling smoke in the neighbourhood. Large BGE & Mini Max for the wok. A few old camp Dutch ovens and a wood fired oven. LSG 24” cabinet offset smoker. There are a few paella pans and a Patagonia cross in the barn. A curing chamber for bacterial transformation of meats...

I've got a prime brisket from Sam's in my fridge I plan to throw on tomorrow night. I haven't done pizzas in a while so I may fire a few of those up too. The variable will be how much of my wife's family comes over

Off the rest of the week. 4 butts tomorrow night for a friend at work. They are expecting 57 and he's in charge of bringing the pork. He makes it worth my while.
After the butts come off, putting 3 slabs of ribs on for our 4th of July dinner and probably some type of sausage.
A shrimp boil will take place and I have a guy bring me a box of oysters from the coast tomorrow afternoon.
My folks are getting up in age (80's) and they are looking forward to having a good crowd this year for a change. Everything is lining up in that direction and i'm as excited for this 4th as much as I have been in a long time...Wetumpka, Alabama
