Larry is kind and awesome enough to send some serious sh*t to me to bring to the ass blast. And Larry is a bad muthafuckah when it comes to a certain set of skills that involve using meat.... suffice it to say, expecting his package on wed. It will be like opening the ark in raiders of the lost ark. faces will melt. heads explode.
@lkapigian ;)

Damien can bring a fryer and propane — it’s a smaller fryer. I’ll try and post a pic in the morning.

Who is watching the gate for after-hours? If anyone knows or remembers the combination to the lock, would you drop me PM?
Thanx

I have a cooking vessel that can be used for frying. I will be using Thursday night for cooking pasta....so available after that. I think Dylan is using it to fry, but uncertain of the meal period. Certainly welcome to use it, and makes sense to leverage the oil for more things. I am not bringing the oil.....might coordinate with Dylan. Prolly 4 gallons needed.

I need a deep-fry operation for my after party cook. Thus far, I've managed to convince @nolaegghead and @DMW to bring the burner and big ass wok, respectively. I will bring the oil.
If we need to set up a deep-fry circle jerk... so be it.

Did @nolaegghead and @DMW mention anything about a plan to dispose of the oil?

i think yours are for camping in Australia. You might want to get some northern hemisphere tents for the weekend.

Actually, they look perfect for Butt Blast. It seems to be a tradition that things get set up upside-down.

This is my vessel if needed....again Dylan is using I think on Sat lunch, but not positive. @Eggcelsior perhaps he can verify.

@nolaegghead since you are bringing oysters, can you remember the knife as well please? It was a b1tch opening them with screwdrivers last year. Tasted the same, but it was much more difficult. That shucker that was on your deck about a year ago might not be a bad idea if chargrilled is on the menu.

I will be using the deep fryer @northGAcock . How much oil is needed?
-
what do you plan to fry? My guess is 4 gallons. I can fill with water and dial that in for ya....but that would be my guess.

My big boiler is 180 quarts, way too big to do a low country boil with shrimp. All my friends have 100, 120 qt pots. So bought a small 60 qt.
