Lurker Check off OT
It always cracks me up when a long time lurker chimes in with a random comment. Every now and then I see someone make a comment with 2 posts under their belt and think, dang I should welcome them to the forum, I then click on their profile and see they have been members for years!
So I thought if you are a long time lurker, following along, or just checking in from time to time but not participating, this discussion is for you. Maybe just say hi and maybe a couple random thoughts or cooks!

Another one that gets me is every now and then you will see someone that you don’t recognize comment and click on them and see that they have thousands of posts obviously from years ago. Maybe they just ran out of things to say.
