    In recovery from yoga this evening. I think I’ll just sleep right here.
    Will you be wearing your SC Gamecocks yoga pants to BB this year?

    @YEMTrey how’s your pops?
    Thanks for asking @Jeremiah .  He's currently getting chemo treatments to battle the lymphoma.  He goes for two straight days of treatment and then off for 28 days, then another two of treatment.
    He has a pretty positive attitude considering it's lymphoma and not pancreatic like we first thought, but there's still a long way to go.  We've been by his side the entire time and will continue to do whatever we can to defeat this.
    We’ll continue to keep him in our thoughts and prayers. Having you guys there to support him makes a real difference.

    I made fun of yoga until I got to that day of p90x. Had me in tears. SWMBO stills laughs about it.
    This is how I feel when I see crossfitters and P90xers.

    Indeed. There were points where I was much closer than this shot, but it’s certainly not like it was when you could walk amongst the stones, from what I understand.

    But where else was I going to get my burger fix?  ;)  Actually hadn’t spotted that. I think it was in Oxford.

    I was actually pleasantly surprised by the lack of golden arches and the like, at least in the English countryside.

    Those stone age guys were pretty clever mounting the stones on a turntable so they could rotate for DST.

    Most of our high streets have the same collection of soulless chain shops, many of them supplied to us by the yankee imperialist running dogs. Most of them siphon off the profits to a low tax jurisdiction under the guise of management charges (or some other cunning ruse), so all we get is the crappy food and the crappy minimum wage jobs.
