     @HeavyG Ha...If that's a Breaking Away reference, I'm impressed.

    I'm just a dumb IT guy that makes stuff talk to each other. The have a bunch of directional antennas spread across the quarry that lets various devices communicate with each other. Dredges, saws, etc.. are all monitored by one central system...

    Yep, Breaking Away, one of my favorite films from decades ago.

    Does all that gear communicate over the same general frequency band or do you use different frequency/bands based on distance?

    That's because he's British and American. He was born here to British parents.

    A frequently used word in the US? My favourite application is when coupled with Boris Johnson, or Boris the W@nker.

    Had an entertaining evening watching live proceedings in the House of Commons earlier. Not often that live politics is the best thing on the telly, but we're spoilt for political fun at the moment.

    Does John Bercow have a side job calling darts matches? Whenever I watch the House of Commons I can't help but picture/hearing him calling out "one hundred aaaaaaaatteeeee".

    You can pick either, or both, adjectives from my last post to describe him.

    We had a thaw today and I had a butt that needed smoking. Glad spring is coming/here :-)

    Took advantage of the "warmer" weather today.  Opened up windows in the house, cleaned the gutters, cleaned up the yard a bit and sat on the patio with the stereo on.  Spring needs to get here and stay here for a while.

    I made fun of yoga until I got to that day of p90x. Had me in tears. SWMBO stills laughs about it.
