They a couple of butts on to turbo for a friends wifes b day party this afternoon. Really wish I hadn’t decided to try to drink all of the old fashioned’s in town last night. Got fire started and noticed this. Looks I have some repairs to do. Not sure if I need new bands or new spring sections.

My wife threw a brunch for her girlfriends so I had to put a bunch of lady food together this morning.
Made pimento cheese and bacon deviled eggs with smoked paprika. Verdict? Panty dropper.
Also I learned I’m terrible at peeling eggs."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

Egg tip: older eggs peel a hell of a lot easier than fresh ones.~ John - Formerly known as ColtsFan - https://www.instagram.com/hoosier_egger

Also @The_Stache you need to check it out. They’ve got some pricey stuff in there but if you know what you want and don’t get sucked in their “artisanal” bacon jams or organic tallow made from the fat of non millineals you can find some good stuff.
I grabbed a Tri Tip for tomorrow. Got that and the Teres Major for $40."Brought to you by bourbon, bacon, and a series of questionable life decisions."

@ColtsFan the first batch were fresh. That went poorly so I pulled some eggs a few weeks old from the outdoor fridge (about 9pm the bourbon kicked in and I remembered my great grandmother telling me that). But I think I was too toasted to peel eggs by then.

My ADD doesn't jibe well with peeling more than a half dozen eggs so on those rare occasions where I need more than that I just buy the bag of pre-peeled hard boiled eggs.Killit_and_Grillit said:@ColtsFan the first batch were fresh.
