Having a big cup of hot chocolate because It was freezing working in the future walk-in fridge tonight since we had to keep the big garage door open. Ironic, that it was freezing in a yet to be finished fridge.
But we got a good amount done. Picked up the rail system and got it roughly in place so we can figure where to put the hangers for it. Tough to see, but it is propped up on the 2x4s. Glad I remembered to grab a picture of it.

Its a rivalry not a derby, OK? Now we have that out the way we can dissect then pontificate about the weekend’s ten (yes, all ten in two days) PL fixtures.Saturday lunchtime is the gem of the weekend. To some (OK all) of you, except @Eoin the letter A and number 23 mean little, but hey - wait up, have you not heard of Alan Mullary?Deafened by the sound of tumbleweed I should elucidate. 1230 Selhurst Park and the filthy Seagulls come to to the big-town (Croydon). The history, necessity and relevance of the toxic atmosphere between Palace & Brighton does not need to be determined. It just is, OK? Being 46 miles apart - separated by the A23, this is not a derby - be clear, this is not a derby, its a rivalry. Generally Palace have always been a bit better than Brighton - but often in separate leagues, making the more frequent of late matches to become even more celebrated.Whilst ‘trouble’ is extremely scarce between fans - a recent game at Brighton was given unnecessary spice by the local Police match commander using Twitter, real-time, to exclaim that the Palace fans were storming the ground with weapons. Not only completely false but also showing that officer's hand a little about his allegiances. On to the match, Palace are in great form away from home - less so recently at home. Brighton got a very necessary late home win against the doomed Huddersfield last weekend. Cold hard facts suggest a home win, which would be lovely. Whatever, it will be very very noisy and Wilf Zaha will be the absolute centre of everything. He is sparkling right now and always turns it up to 11 for this match. Fun-times.In to the main course, then;West Ham go to Cardiff - who’s dead cat bounced a few weeks ago to give a glimmer fo PL football next season. I think the Hammers will have too much and win 2-1.Doomed Huddersfield welcome awful on the road Bournemouth. Hallmarks of a shocker to watch. 0-0.Leicester welcome Fulham, assuming the visitors can find room to squeeze past Brendan Rodgers ego to get on the pitch. Normal service resumes and the Foxes win 2-0.The award for least interesting match this weekend is Everton's trip to Newcastle. I have Sigurdsson in my FF team, so if he scores - great. Otherwise, me’h 1-1.Spurs are a busted flush for the title and go to Southampton. A return to former pastures for The Potch’. Saints need points, Spurs might oblige, but I can't see a home win though. 1-2 away win.Tea-time is Man City welcoming nuggety, ugly Watford. Much as the visitors might think otherwise, they just aren't good enough to beat Citeh. 3-1 the blues. In the Championship Stoke reversed the draw trend and won last week. Another win against QPR will see them surge one place (possibly) to 15th, just 9 places off the play-offs now Owen…..Sunday lunchtime see the gradually eroding Liverpool hosting Burnley - who have slipped up recently too. I think Liverpool will keep the dream alive just to tease their own fans and win this 2-0. Burnley have easier matches coming up to get the necessary points from.Wolves go to Chelsea and this could be a cracker. The blues have all made friends again and look in better nick, and will want European football next year (Bloody BREXIT permitting etc etc). Wolves are a funky bunch and could just sneak this, though. But 2-1 home win feels right.Capping things off is the fight for 4th. Man Utd head to Arsenal. Man Utd did beat serial chokers PSG in mid-week. It was a good result, but my goodness have the print media banged on and on about it since. Still headlines today and page long articles about Alex Ferguson’s cat. Give it a rest now - please. I think the Gooners will be fresher and will bring Ole back to earth. 2-1 Arsenal.

Also got my taxes done this morning, not much of a change with the new tax rules. Instead of getting $1 back from Utard as in the last two years, I'm getting back $12; Ventis all next week!

Just bought a bag of Rockwood. I usually buy B&B at HEB for my normal cooks but wanted to use to cook a couple of pork butts for my friends birthday tomorrow. Is $24.99 the going rate?
