Probably because they don't make those models anymore?  So they don't care.  Didn't they have to change all their coolers and tumblers after the lawsuit?  I can't remember.  Made in China.....so not surprising.

Yeti is a 3 or 5 year warranty depending on the model.  Made in the Philippines, China, and allegedly they contract them out to a few companies in the US when demand requires it.

Pelican.....LIFETIME warranty and made in the USA.

Yes, I can confirm that they do build some Yeti Coolers in the USA, some are made right here in Oostburg Wisconsin, they make about 700 hard side coolers a day at the plant here.  The wife says all the hard sides are made in the USA, parts may be imported,  but if you see a "DP" logo on the bottom of a Yeti hard side, it just may be from Oostburg, WI.
Mine does not have a DP on the bottom but does have a “USA” sticker on the bottom whatever that means.
Probably that the sticker was made in 'Merica and slapped on a foreign made cooler?

At least Dik's is legit. I once tried WhiteHousedotcom from my work PC. Seriously NSFW! Or was years ago when I made that mistake - no idea what you get now. The correct addy, of course, is .gov, but I just wasn't thinking. No recollection of why I wanted to look at the WH website (or who lived there then or even when then was). Anyway, my company's filters caught it and I got a phone call from the head of Security. Not just a simple *****. =)
When I worked up at Thiokol I googled the Beaver Mountain Ski Area, up near Logan.  Oof-dah.  At least IT cops weren't a thing back then.

Go buy another one, and you're still in for less than a single YETI.  Maybe @Lit will buy this from you.  He's pretty big on the RTIC brand.  Do a four day ice test on it and see what, if any, insulating properties you lost.
At 2 yrs a pop he’ll be on his 3rd before the Yeti warranty runs out. With the  REI yearly coupon my Yetis only cost me about 30% more than RTIC. So glad I didn’t settle for the cheap knockoff.

Applied in 'Merica, printed in China.

I believe that to be the case sir. I’d be nervous if I were a shaving product maker or an overall manufacturer right now.

And the dividends add up too. I think I paid about $80 for my Roadie.

I have 4 of them and have beat the ever living hell out of them. 2 have ridden thousands of miles on the front of the trailer behind a Motorhome and still operate perfectly. I’ve lost feet but nothing that affects usability. Doesn’t look like your cooler will work any worse. Unless you are filling with bottles I guess. They will be harder to set in there!!

A very small portion of their hard sided coolers are made in the USA. Unfortunately. Most are made overseas.

Google "rockwood ace" instead of "rockwood ace hardware" and see what pops up.  Also NSFW!!  The guys up at Ace HQ in Chicago got a good laugh out of that one.  I think we found our new spokesman.
Dang it!  My google targeted ads are going to suck for a while now.

My yeti lost its feet too. It’s because of the burners on the front of my trailer. Catch point.
