We bought some huckleberry BBQ sauce back from the USA in June. I was eager to try this out on something, so did a cook with some ribs. It was okay, but I decided the sauce needed a kick. In an experiment, I added some sugar, cider vinegar and a pinch of salt, and used it to glaze on some chicken wings with Crossroads rub on them. That's a winning dinner. Or lunch, whatever. @UNCHeels08 thanks. I use Crossroads quite often on pork ribs, usually a 50:50 combo with Dizzy Dust. Also use Crossroads on mutton sometimes.
