    Will he make a return? Or is he that butt hurt over the dry aging thread from months ago?
    Heck, I even missed the insane jack-o-lantern thread and the narrative which described the design you were looking at this year, but most of all I missed the science of cooking which he shared.
    The guy had a ton of knowledge.
